Book your stand NOW!
The following list covers the 4 basic steps required to register for the event, as well as some of the factors that need to be considered and be written in the contract.
Step 1
Sponsor & Exhibitor or just Exhibitor?
The first decision you have to take, is if you are interested in investing in the promotion of your logo as a sponsor in all the advertising material of the event, combined with a privileged space in the exhibition. Alternatively, you can simply have space as an exhibitor and get to know the visitors and potential customers. See the sponsorship packages and the options we offer.
Step 2
Choose the type of the construction
The second option you have, is to choose the type of construction of your stand. If you have chosen to be a sponsor, you should only calculate construction costs, because space costs are included in the sponsorship. If you are a simple exhibitor, you should have to calculate also the cost per square meter in addition to the construction. In case that you will build your kiosk yourself, or in collaboration with a construction company, calculate only the cost of the exhibition space.

Step 3
Choose the type of the construction
The second option you have, is to choose the type of construction of your stand. If you have chosen to be a sponsor, you should only calculate construction costs, because space costs are included in the sponsorship. If you are a simple exhibitor, you should have to calculate also the cost per square meter in addition to the construction. In case that you will build your kiosk yourself, or in collaboration with a construction company, calculate only the cost of the exhibition space.
Choose the square meters of the stand & the spot
The next step is to calculate the size of your stand and its location on the floorplan.
In case you have chosen a sponsorship, any extra square meters are charged with the net price. The separation that you will see at the floor plan is indicative and the spaces are modified according to the needs of the exhibitors. The depths of the stands cannot be modified.
Book your participation by signing the contract
The last step is to secure your participation. Fill in the participation form based on the above options and send it to us by email. By submitting the relevant deposit you have secured your participation in the largest event for eCommerce & Digital Marketing in Greece and SE Europe!

Additional sponsorships
The additional sponsorship of the parallel events (main conference, keynote Dinner, etc.) as well as the placement of materials in the event registration or conference bags etc., constitute a separate agreement
Speaking time
Sponsorship does not imply a presentation / speaking time at parallel conference events
Additional exhibition space
If additional space is requested from the sponsorship proposals, this is calculated using the current pricelist
VAT
All prices are subject to VAT 24%
Onsite Promotions
Other sponsorships and Onsite Promotions will be announced shortly

Times of construction - dismantling of stands upon agreement
Discounts
