Maike Jansen is Head of e-Regulations at Ecommerce Europe, where she leads the work of the association on a broad range of regulatory topics that are relevant for the digital commerce industry, including consumer rights, contract law, data protection and (e-)privacy, product safety, platform-related legislation, competition rules, and other broader issues such as the rise of seamless commerce (omnichannel retail).
