Katerina is teaching at the Department of Management Science and Technology at Athens University of Economics and Business. She is also a senior researcher & coordinator of e-Commerce activities at the E-Business Laboratory - ELTRUN.

She holds a degree in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Information Systems Analysis, Design and Management from the London School of Economics (LSE). 

Since 2010, she is scientifically responsible for the annual research of ELTRUN about the behavior of Greek online consumers and social media users, as well as for the evaluation of the Greek online stores. She is the president of GR.EC.A, the Greek E-Commerce Association, since 2018.
